You are entitled to return your product to receive a refund or exchange if your product is either:

- Is significantly different from the sample or description
If the product requires warranty inspection by our suppliers – freight charges may apply. The length of time for warranty repairs do vary, we will however try to keep you informed and up-to-date throughout the process.
- Music City Cairns reserves the right to decline any returns that do not comply with our store return policy.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you require a return for whatever reason, contact us to request a return of your item.
- We only accept returns if your product is in original condition with all original packaging and proof of purchase.
